Vinifiers with pneumatic piston or engine and gearbox. Vinifiers are closed stainless steel containers in which they ferment the mash of blue grapes. The mixing of the mash in the vinifier is provided by a pneumatic piston, or by an axial stirrer, on which specially shaped vanes are placed, which sink the marc hat to ensure the extraction of color and flavorings into the wine or a sprinkler that breaks the marc hat. The types of vinifiers, dimensions or installation of special fittings are adapted to customer requirements and are priced individually. We also produce wine-based vinegar pumping systems, where the must is pumped through a sieve from the bottom to the top of the tank and through a shower system it moistens the marble hat.
